Additional Comments	-    We see ourselves as a middle person rather than a donor organisation -    Although there was a specific programme for youth, the youth sector is a cross-sectoral programme -    CRS has implemented projects in Palestinian Territories from the late 1940?s and now has six offices in Jerusalem, Beit Hanina, Bethlehem, Hebron, Tulkarem and Gaza; CRS has a regional office that is based in Beirut; it oversees three sub-regions; Southeastern Europe (North and South Balkans), Middle East (Palestinian Territories, Egypt, Morocco with outreach programmes in Syria, Lebanon, Jordan and Iraq) and South Caucasus
